If your Potter product was damaged through the course of shipping we allow three days from the date of delivery to notify us if there is any defect with a products or package, simply send over an email to email@example.com with a picture of the damaged item and we’ll get a replacement out to you promptly. If we aren’t notified of defects or damages within three days, it is understood that the products and package were in good condition at the time of delivery.
We aim to provide the highest quality hemp wellness extracts for our customers across all batches and product lines. Nonetheless, if you are not satisfied with a particular product, simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of initial purchase and we’d be happy to provide a refund of the full purchase price. All refunds will be made to customers original form of payment in its entirety.
We typically complete approved return/refund requests within 1-2 business days.
If a product was purchased through a Potter distributor or retailer, you will need to go back to your original purchase location for any return or exchange.
